[Rivet] ATLAS_2014_I1282447: W+charm

Dear Rivet authors,

we have not found the routine yet presented below in the 
https://www.hepforge.org/archive/rivet/contrib/ directory.

Is there anything we need to do further? (I have been asked by convenors 
to double check)
