[Rivet] installation of Rivet

Hi Chris,

I forgot to mention, I do get a warning when I do the following:

$ rivet --help

/afs/
cern.ch/user/d/dbakshig/Rivet/local/lib/python2.6/site-packages/rivet/__init__.py:12:
RuntimeWarning: compiletime version 2.6 of module 'rivet.core' does not
match runtime version 2.7
