[Rivet] poblems installing rivet on mac

Hi Hannes,

That agile-genser-bootstrap script is not very clever, nor very
maintained: the preferred way to setup is to use Genser's own bootstrap
script (and complain at them if it doesn't work!):

Their current active guy, Anton, is really good and can hopefully help
if you have problems with this.

More immediately, I suspect that there is a problem with that Pythia
installation either in the minor version (the next directory level
inside "pythia6"), the LCG tag format (the directory level after that --
it's not that easy to guess the tag, and less effort went into getting
it right on Macs) and perhaps running "make install" inside the final
directory level if the .so library files are missing from the "lib"
directory. You can also get (lots of) loader traceback information by
calling agile-runmc with the "-lTRACE" argument.
