I've filled the readme a bit, and did some little changes to the VM (not uploaded so far).
Also I think I figured out a quite performant way of updating the VM, so we should not have to bother about number of cycles.

As I'm not good at writing I think I simply append the latest README.txt (which will be placed in the tarball and on the Desktop?) - 
this is probably more performant than packing it in the tarball and let you download that one ;-)

PS: Should we create some fancy wallpaper with (really) basic instructions and funny arrows where to click and so on...? ;-)
