Actually it didn't work for me, but I didn't get round to investigating 
or reporting the problem. Now it works fine except that the "html" 
directory doesn't get made in $prefix/share/Yoda/doc, so the installed 
Doxygen documentation is broken. Fixed for me by making the directory by 
hand, but I don't dare touch the build scripts for everyone else. This 
is on Fedora 11 in case it makes any difference.

I thought I had joined the YODA list, but I haven't had any 
acknowledgement. Anything I've missed that wasn't CC'd to the Rivet list?

Thanks for the link in your other mail to Ralf Wischnewski's notes on 
the subject. You would think there would be a paper or technical note, 
or a chapter in a well known textbook, covering this. I haven't found it 
yet though.
