Now it works fine except that the "html" directory doesn't get made in $prefix/share/Yoda/doc, so the installed Doxygen documentation is broken. Fixed for me by making the directory by hand, but I don't dare touch the build scripts for everyone else. You would think there would be a paper or technical note, or a chapter in a well known textbook, covering this. I haven't found it yet though.
