[Rivet] reference data of UA5_1989_S1926373

Hi,

I just noticed, that the mean charged multiplicities
for 200 and 900 GeV are stored in the same histogram
(AidaPath=/REF/UA5_1989_S1926373/d11-x01-y01).

Since it is (to my knowledge) not possible to fill this histo with
one generator run, I suggest to split it, similar to the histos
in the PDG_HADRON_MULTIPLICITIES.
