[Rivet] problem running rivet

So you don't have a file "rivet.py" in the directory PYTHONPATH is
pointing to? Have the packages been built with --enable-pyext? Did you
get any errors when running the bootstrap script? It's not exactly the
most robust piece of software, so errors might just scroll by and get
hidden while the bootstrap script tries to continue with the next
package.
