[Rivet] see only CCPythia when executing rivetgun

I also added a configure script and Makefiles that appear to work for  
gfortran on OS X.  It #should# also work for g77 on OS X and not break  
the SLC build either, but I haven't tested that myself.

A problem I still have is rivetgun now seems to identify the FHerwig  
from Genser as HerwigCC!
