[Rivet] GENSER meeting minutes ...

There are no separate GENSER meeting minutes.

The discussion made it clear that we want autotoolized event generator 
libraries ASAP. I offered that we would help in case of 
questions/problems.
I guess I could push it (to some extent) if I talk to Mikhail in person.
Apart of that (and James might correct me if I'm wrong) it didn't look 
like there would already be some active effort.
