[Rivet] Rivet meeting 11-13 December

Hi everyone,

We decided in today's CEDAR phone meeting that a Rivet developer meeting
before Christmas would be very useful to make sure we're all aware of
the status of Rivet and what direction we're going in before our 1.0
release. This will be a code-heavy meeting: the idea is that the active
developers spend a few days locked in a room together and we get some
real progress made.

We identified 11-13 December at UCL as a good time for this. I already
know that Lars and James will be there - any other takers? Let me know.
