[Rivet] Rivet / AGILe split

Hi,

I'm planning to do the splitting of Rivet and AGILe (the generator
interfaces) this week. Anyone who's working on RivetGun at the moment
should let me know, so we can coordinate the split and the renaming of
the RivetGun project without losing anything.
