[Vincia] [Pythia8] Gluon splitting to quarks

Hi, Peter,

Quite a while ago I sent around the results of a study where I counted the
number of ccbar and bbbar pairs coming from Pythia6 with q2 and pT2 
ordering,
pythia8, and Vincia.   I also found differences of about 2 between them.
I will try to find that email and recirculate it.
