[Tree-hh] tree.hh version 2.51 released

Dear all,

Version 2.51 of the tree.hh library was released last week.

Since the last announcement on this list, many small feature
enhancements have been added and a variety of bugs has been
squashed. Updates will now be posted regularly to this mailing list.
