[Rivet] Problem in the install RIVET 2.5.4

Hi Andre,

You say you used the rivet-bootstrap script, but your terminal
commands are installing Rivet from apt packaging. We don't maintain
that, and as you noticed it is very old -- maybe as much as 5 years
out of date: please ignore it!
