[Rivet] Multiple HepMC weights support in RIVET

I think that's a nice idea, but I'm not sure the best way to achieve this
in 3.0. It would involve masking the weight vector, which is certainly
possible, but maybe not a super high priority. The plotting scripts can
already remove certain weights if you want them to, but that won't prevent
the many weight vectors from being written in the first place.
