[Rivet] PS uncertainties and Rivet

Hi Hannes,

Indeed, this weight handling is in the pipeline. I really should have
finished it ages ago, but so it goes. If you want to try the Rivet 3.0
alpha release please have a look. It's the first download link on the
download page:

https://www.hepforge.org/downloads/rivet

It should produce a histogram for each event weight in your hepmc files.
