Hi Andy, I changed that in the bootstrap scripts a while ago to the more friendly URL https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/C/Cython/Cython-0.23.5.tar.gz So that's actually quite ok. Finding that URL on pypi was a bit cumbersome, though.
