[Rivet] CMS_2016_I1473674: ttbar global event observables 8 TeV

Hi all,

the new contrib plugin CMS_2016_I1473674 implements the measurement of 
global event observables in ttbar at 8 TeV.

We used PromptFinalState leptons and a veto on prompt taus (TauFinder 
plus a W mass window) as a workaround for the partonic e/mu+jets 
selection in the original analysis.
Just using accepttaudecays=false of the PromptFinalState did not work 
for us, unfortunately.
