[Rivet] rivet 2.4.2 with gcc 6.1

Hello David,

Thanks a lot, we will set this flag for gcc 6.1 only at the moment.

By the way, is the C++11 validated? I am asking because I see the 
following comment in Rivet configure regarding c++11.

--enable-stdcxx11    -   turn on C++11 flag (only for testing, do not 
use in production!)
