[Rivet] Rivet tutorial

Hi Pietro,

Thanks a lot for already being in contact with the relevant people. That
title is perfectly fine by me. I expect the tutorial to last 2-3 hours
(including some hands-on examples), but this could be scaled down somewhat
if you think that is too long.

Would you mind sending a mail to Michelangelo and the relevant Atlas
contacts? If so: feel free to CC Holger and myself if you like.
