[Rivet] ATLAS_2016_I1419652: MinBias with tracks @ 13 TeV

Dear Rivet authors,

we have prepared a Rivet routine for the ATLAS minimum bias measurement with tracks at 13 TeV (https://arxiv.org/abs/1602.01633 <https://arxiv.org/abs/1602.01633>). The routine has been used to produce the predictions shown in the paper -- I’ve just uploaded the tarball to the contributions area.
