[Rivet] XCustomMajorTicks broken?

Yes, good point. D'oh, why didn't I do that before?!

Just fixed all the affected .plot files and updated the make-plots docs 
on my local copy of the 24x branch. Will push soon, and pull those 
updates into the 2.5.x default branch before too long.
