[Rivet] Rivet 2.5.0 plan -- release asap

Hi all,

Following up on the email discussion re. composite particle smearing,
there was a 2-person consensus (and silence from the rest ;-) ) about
getting a Rivet 2.5.0 release out asap, rather than wait for that
perhaps awkward, and certainly subleading feature to be implemented.

Well, I finally got round to fixing make-plots to nicely handle the NaN
values that can be returned from empty (profile) bins in YODA 1.6, and
other than a couple of minor tweaks in YODA I think we're ready to
release. Chris has already successfully regression tested the analysis
performance of the trunk, so there's nothing remaining on the to-do list
for release.

I should have the YODA tweaks done in the next day, so we're looking at
a release before the end of the week and perhaps tomorrow. Whis should
mean that we can use 2.5.0 at the CERN tutorial next Wednesday: win! So
if you object, please shout very loudly right now...

Cheers,
Andy
