[Rivet] Problems with setting up rivet

Hi Josua,

Unfortunately many mails from the rivet mailing list have been very delayed
for me. I only received both of your mails today.

I think the first thing to try is installing Rivet without changing the
bootstrap script at all. Does that work for you? With gcc 5.2 this should
not be a problem.
