[Rivet] CMS_2015_I1388555: boosted top 8 TeV

Hi Andy,

it seems that (almost all of) the implementation of the PseudoBoostedTop 
projection got lost.

It is present in our internal repository but we want to move to either a 
particle-level workaround or the PartonicTops projection.
