[Rivet] Rivet analysis for LHCb prompt Dmeson

Dear Mr. Riehn,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  This was not a feature of the code that i provided to the Rivet developers.  I have copied the Rivet contact list.  For the Rivet team:  how can we get this issue corrected?
