[Rivet] Rivet 2.4.0 and Boost version

Dear Rivet authors,

Updating LCG releases with Rivet 2.4.0 we have some trouble as minimal Boost version is 1.55.0 now.
(Main configure.ac  contains BOOST_REQUIRE([1.55.0]))

But very old release LCG_67c (still used by ATLAS) has 1.53.

Therefore we are wondering if it is safe downgrade this requirement to 1.53 or you really use some
features of higher version?
