[Rivet] RIVET routine for D0_2015_I1324946

Hi Andy,

One more RIVET routine for the recent D0 measurement of Z phi* in dimuon events.
Below a couple of validation plots and the tarball.
As the reference data is not in Inspire/HepData (I asked the analyzers but got no reply)
the numbers are taken from the tables in the paper.
