[Rivet] ATLAS_2013_I1244522: photon + jets

Dear Rivet authors,

we have prepared a Rivet routine for the ATLAS measurement of photon + jets
(http://arxiv.org/abs/1307.6795). The routine has been validated and found
to yield results consistent with those presented in the paper:

I've just uploaded the tarball to the contributions area.
