[Rivet] Patch for src/Analyses/MathHeader.hh in 2.1.2

openSUSE:Factory had a buildfailure for Rivet 2.1.2 due to MAXINT being
defined in includes/Rivet/Analysis.hh and not being used, and
mean/stdDev being called from YODA/Histo1D.h

Histo1D.h no longer provides mean or stdDev, they have changed to xMean
and xStdDev, openSUSE is providing YODA-1.1.0.

Please see attached patch which results in a successful build
