[Rivet] ATLAS_2014_I1306294 analysis: Z+b/bb

   Dear Rivet authors,

we have prepared another analysis from the Atlas experiment which we 
would like to include into Rivet.
We validated that the routine produces consistent results comparing to 
the results in the paper.
All necessary information can be found in the attachment.

One note, the analysis is written similarly as ATLAS_2013_I1230812 in 
that it has two variations for Z->ee and Z->mumu decays. However, the 
data are the same in both cases (they correspond to combined result), so 
maybe the Rivet analysis could be implemented more efficiently.
