[Rivet] Rivet 2.1.1 / YODA 1.0.6 released

Thanks Mikhail!

Please let us know what happened with the SLC5 installations when you
get a chance... although at least from ATLAS' point of view I think the
Rivet 2.x releases can only be used in the ATLAS SLC6 (and Mac etc.)
builds due to the combination of platforms, LACGCMT bundles and our
requirement of FastJet3.
