Yes, but in the "internal" pyext/rivet/Makefile.am rather than
pyext/Makefile.am. At the moment it looks like it only triggers a Cython
rebuild on changes to the Cython source files...

I've updated it to now depending on the core stuff that it uses: headers
for Analysis, AnalysisHandler, AnalysisLoader, and Run. Hope that's
enough. New version is pushed (also including a funky little tweak to
allow any object known to Rivet's toString function to be used as a
projection key, not just strings.)
