[Rivet] Rivet 2.1.0 -> testing ~today?

Anyone still using HepMC 2.5? ATLAS certainly isn't, and that version is
several years old, so while I don't understand the new error, I think we
could also reasonably drop guaranteed HepMC < 2.6 support.

Re. 2.1.0 release, I've made some more consistency improvements to the
YODA interface, and added a YODA version check and the JADE_OPAL fixes
to the Rivet trunk. There are now "a0" tarballs of each in the HepForge
downloads areas. No-one complained about other blockers, so the other
things on "the list" will be moved back to the 2.1.1 release target (and
I/we should update the tracker again, since we've fallen behind in
maintaining that -- I own up to having been using desktop sticky notes
to remind myself of what's left to do!)

If there are no objections I will ask Genser to do a build integration
test on these alpha tarballs, with the intention that our own release
testing is done in time to allow a 2.1.0 release early next week. Sound
good? Of course if you can try out the trunks of these packages now,
before I contact Genser, that would be wonderful. Sherpas, you were the
most enthusiastic about using the analyses that 2.1.0 will make
available, so please test ;-)

After this release we aim for a 2.1.1 with the 5 remaining in-pipeline
analyses as soon as possible. Help with these, so we can divide out the
work, will be needed to avoid another month+ delay.

Cheers,
Andy
