[Rivet] bootstrap setup script for the trunk?

Hi Will,

A bit late, but maybe still useful. I have revamped the rivet-2-bootstrap
script, and it has gained a "secret" (=unsupported) option
INSTALL_RIVETDEV=1 such can be used to install from hg. Let me know if you
encounter any problems. Of course, the caveats of working with the dev
version (no guarantee that it doesn't eat kittens) still apply.
