[Rivet] RIVET2 : make-plots with many histograms

Hi Will,

the yoda2flat command could do with an option to split into individual
.dat files. Until that exists, there's a workaround by using

  rivet-mkhtml foo.yoda

This will generate a plots/ directory with a .dat file for each
histogram separately.
