[Rivet] Rivet 2.1.0 released -- install in Genser, please!

Hi Andy,

There is a complication. Rivet 2 can be built only with FastJet version 
3.0.0 or later .
And it means in fact that it can NOT be built within 61f as it have 
fastjet version 2.4.4
But 64d and later are fine.
