[Rivet] rivet bootstrap fails on OS X 10.9.3

Hello,

I tried installing rivet using the bootstrap script and unfortunately it
fails. The issue seems to be that the install command doesn't know of the
--mode flag but rather takes -m (at the point where the YODA tab completion
is installed). This is shown in the log

Making install in bin
