[Rivet] making Rivet analysis public

Hi Joern,

You should contact the ATLAS Rivet support people, Roman Lysak and Kiran
Joshi, so they can check the code and analysis consistency, and track
what has been officially submitted to us. The ATLAS Rivet analyses are
tracked here:
