Hi everyone,

I copy below the advice from our secretary about booking hotels in Copenhagen.  The short version is the university no longer gets a special deal, but there are some recommendations for things towards the cheaper end of the spectrum.

I think I recommended Hotel Esplanaden but it is now closed.

My experience is that if people book and pay online it is the same price as
we an get and then it is more flexible and leaves us with less work.
