[Rivet] problem building rivet 2.0

Also found this error in doc/rivet-manual.log, seems a file missing from 
the distribution ??

LaTeX Warning: File `projections.png' not found on input line 166.


!pdfTeX error: pdflatex (file projections.png): cannot find image file
  ==> Fatal error occurred, no output PDF file produced!
