[Rivet] Rivet 1.8.3: blank plots nevertheless...Andy Buckley andy.buckley at ed.ac.ukWed Aug 14 19:29:27 BST 2013
Hi Cate, sorry for the delay: I'm on Arizona time (and busy)! For running on lxplus6, you can source the /afs/cern.ch/sw/lcg/experimental/rivet/setup.sh file. I just reinstalled this demo version after the LCG guys accidentally deleted it *sigh* For a build on your own machine, you can use the rivet-bootstrap script (instructions on the Rivet website GettingStarted wiki) with the --dev-mode flag. You might also need to add some more --install-XXX flags to pull in extra dependencies: that script is a bit chaotic right now since it's trying to support both the AIDA and YODA branches: will be sorted out as soon as we have a stable 2.0.0 release, which now (I *really* hope) is not far away.
