[Rivet] LHCb minbias analysis in Rivet?

Hi Sercan.

Thanks for all the work: it's great to have these analyses being
covered. For the ATLAS (and other experiment) data points, though, it
would be best to contact the relevant physics group convener or other
analysis responsible on the experiment.

Appropriate ATLAS analyses *should* all have their data sent to HepData
as part of standard procedure, so it needs to be chased up if some have
slipped through that net... but it is very odd for "unofficial" ATLAS
data points (where did you get the values from?) to be submitted by a
CMS member!
