[Rivet] inRange trouble

Hi everybody,

I worked around the inRange trouble by adding decimal dots in
ATLAS_2011_I919017 and changing float to double in ATLAS_2011_S9120807
(the mixed float and double arguments ended up in the (int,int,int)
implementation). Nevertheless, I think we'll have to find a real fix for
this.
