[Rivet] Rivet 1.7.0beta0 for pre-release checking

Hi Anton,

We have a new beta version of Rivet, 1.7.0, ready for pre-release 
testing. Could you work your testing magic again via mcplots, please? :)

If available in time, we intend to add one more analysis (ATLAS W pT) 
before releasing. This should be in place in a few days, but the testing 
should be possible without it and we'll explicitly make sure that that 
one is fully functional before release.

The beta tarball is available to download from the usual place on 
HepForge: the direct URL is 
http://www.hepforge.org/archive/rivet/Rivet-1.7.0beta0.tar.gz
