[Rivet] bins inconsistency

Hi again,

here is another issue with bins inconsistency between reference data 
histogram and histogram produced by Rivet. Just an example:

ATLAS_2010_CONF_2010_049/d03-x01-y01:

data histogram - 31 bins
http://mcplots-dev.cern.ch/dat/pp/jets/jet_frag/atlas3-akt6-pt04/7000/ATLAS_2010_CONF_2010_049.dat

mc histogram - 32 bins
http://mcplots-dev.cern.ch/dat/pp/jets/jet_frag/atlas3-akt6-pt04/7000/herwig++/2.5.1/LHC-UE7-2.dat
