[Rivet] generators in agile

Hi Hannes,

AGILe is only for steering Fortran generators which can't make HepMC on
their own: we removed the Pythia8, Sherpa and Herwig++ interfaces
several years ago for lack of necessity and because of the technical
awkwardness of supporting C++ generators whose header-declared
interfaces change between releases.

To use Pythia 8 you'll have to build a Pythia 8 main program, cf. PYTHIA
6. main32.cc is the example which writes out HepMC, if I remember correctly.
