[Rivet] rivet-mkhtml error

In fact I have the same error. In my case the error appeared after I had
tried out the 1.5 alpha version (which worked really nicely for me). I
then removed the 1.5 version and re-installed the 1.4.0 version (I
needed one of the ATLAS_CONF analysis and couldn't find which published
analysis it corresponded to) and this is when the error showed up. I'm
guess it will go away when I install the released 1.5.
