[Rivet] [AGILe]: add 'RG:Seed' and 'RG:nEvents' parameters

Hi Andy,
thank you for new version and new features :), I already started tests.

The question about Genser HERWIG build I shall forward to Mikhail, who 
is on duty now for genser things.
