[Rivet] Multiple messages with rivet

Hello

I am running Rivet and sometimes I get a bunch of messages like the
following one
...
GenEvent::write_vertex !v||!os, v=0x10fbb570 setting badbit
...

What does it mean? Is it an error from side or it's a issue related to
Rivet? This usually lead to a dump core of the job.
